The Trove Digital Library service was developed to house the National Library of Australia’s digital collections as well as collections from a range of federal, state and local partners. The software was developed and adapted by the National Library to deliver a digital service that would be both stable and easy to use.
In 2015 the National Library moved all of its digital objects to this new platform and began digitising content for partner organisations. The old National Library digital delivery service was switched off in 2016.
