How do books get into Trove?
Book records will usually be shared with Trove via Libraries Australia.
You may have seen some more recent books and publications in our online ereader within Trove. These books have been deposited with the National Library. Legal deposit is a requirement for Australian publications to be deposited with the National Library.
Trove helps deliver and display the NLA’s legal deposit collection. If you want your book or publication on display in Trove, upload it to our edeposit, request your preferred access conditions, and we’ll make it available in Trove.
